Ms. Windsor, daughter of the late George Washington Windsor and Mary Florine Addy Windsor, was born March 22, 1923 in Greenville, Georgia. She was an officer and retired from Phenix Federal Savings and Loans. Ms. Windsor was a former member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was also a member of the American Business Women’s Association and Quota Club. In her spare time, Ms. Windsor enjoyed reading, puzzles and sewing.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Ruth Bussey, Betty Windsor; and brother, George W. Windsor.
Ms. Windsor is survived by her nephew, David Windsor (Carolyn); great nieces, Kristin Windsor, Randi Windsor; great great nieces, Kileigh Windsor, Charlotte Windsor; and great great nephew, David Washington.
The family would also like to thank Tony, Donna, Cynthia and the rest of the wonderful staff at Gentiva Hospice for their loving support and care they have shown to Ms. Windsor and the rest of the family.
