She is survived by her twin sister Colette Altomar of Yuba City, CA, previous husband James Eli of Columbus, GA, children Brian Eli, Daryl Eli, and Amanda Møller (Eli) and 9 grandchildren.
Paulette worked as a school and public health nurse in Albany, OR and later in Yuba City, CA.
She loved traveling to visit family and friends and exploring new places.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 11:30 AM at St. Anne Catholic Church, 2000 Kay Circ, Columbus, Georgia 31907.
