Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 3:00 PM in Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary. Family will visit with friends before the service from 2:00 PM until time of the service at 3:00 PM. Pastor David Ed Ray will be officiating. Burial will follow the service in Parkhill Cemetery.
Phillip was born on May 1, 1956 to the late Evelyn McGee Miley and Earl Lamar Miley. He was a graduate of Hardaway High School. Phillip was a Pest Control Operator by trade, he was the proprietor of Muscogee Pest Control. Phillip was married to Clarise Marino in May of 1979. He coached Pioneer Little League for over 20 years. Phillip took his LL teams to city championships and more. He was a great LL coach. Phillip enjoyed walking, his walking routine was at Peachtree Mall where he made friends with everyone and was known as “Mr. Peachtree Mall”. He was a loving husband and an awesome father and grandfather, he will be greatly missed.
He leaves his memory to be cherished by his loving wife of over 42 years, Clarise Miley; his son Phillip John Miley and his wife Jennifer; his adored grandchildren: Tyler Miley, Abby Miley, and Cole Miley; his brothers: Jerry Miley and Mike Miley; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
