Tabitha Marie Lee, 23, of Phenix City, AL, passed peacefully on May 3, 2024. A visitation will be held at Striffler Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA 31907, on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 pm. A committal service will be held afterwards at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Road, Columbus, GA 31907, and friends will be invited back to Striffler Hamby Mortuary for a catered reception after services conclude.
Tabitha was born on November 28, 2000 in Tallahassee, FL to Rebecca Ann Baker and Richard Travis Lee Jr., eventually moving to Phenix City, AL. She went to Carver High School and graduated in 2019. Tabitha was such a sweet soul she loved anyone for who they were and she didn't care about flaws. Her smile would brighten up a room. She loved to laugh and spend time with her family. She was always laughing at fart noises, hearing people get in trouble, and her tricks she would play on people. She loved messing with her mom and hiding her stuff. She had the most beautiful eyes. She loved when her sister Jamie and her would make songs and call her AKA Woot Woot, she thought that was so funny. She loved music and often listened to Elvis, Miranda Lambert, and Black oak Arkansas, afro man. She especially loved when her Grandpa Sam sang Samoan music to her. Tabitha was of Christian faith and enjoyed dancing, swimming, and doing her nails. She also loved Alabama Football, roll tide! and being outside. Tabitha had a kind, loving, sweet and pure soul and will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved her.
Tabitha is survived by her mother, Rebecca Duncan and father, Travis Lee; grandparents, Vera Liusamoa and Sam Liusamoa; sisters, Jamie Lee, Heather Duncan, Brittany Lee, and Ada Lee; brother, Asa Lee; stepfather, Daniel Fitzgerald; stepmother, Lainey Lee; nieces, Naomi Hancock and Lexie Duncan; and nephews, Bentley Walker, and Braidoun Lagore.
Tabitha is preceded in death by her grandparents, Miriam Baker and Frank Baker; uncle, Buddy Youngblood; and aunts, Christy Frazier and Deborah Parker.
