Valbrun Almonord Jr., 47, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM in the Edgewood Hall Chapel of Striffler-Hamby. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at St. Anne Catholic Church at 11:30AM. Burial will be at Parkhill Cemetery.
Born on October 30, 1974 in Brooklyn, New York, to Valbrun Almonord Sr. and the late Nicole Telcide Almonord. Val worked in many industries throughout his career but recently as an independent contractor in the construction industry.
Val is preceded to the Lord by his mother, Nicole Almonord; grandparents, St. Martin and Sephora Telcide; two aunts and two uncles.
Val leaves behind his father, Valbrun, Sr.; sisters, Chantal and Shirley; two brothers, Huvelto and Gerald; In addition, Val is survived by his three nieces Analise, Liliana and Sara; two nephews, Gerald Jr., and Jonathan; two aunts Wilna Antoine and Gladys Telcide, uncle Martial Telcide.
