Victoria Serrano de Arroyo, age 91, of Milledgeville, Georgia passed away Monday, March 31, 2025, at Scott Health and Rehab.

Victoria was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on June 14, 1933. She was married for 43 years to Cesar Anibal Arroyo. She will be remembered lovingly.

Victoria is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Serrano and Francisca Rodriguez, her husband, Cesar Anibal Arroyo. She is survived by her daughter, Vilma Williamson and her husband Matthew, along with eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

A graveside service for Victoria will be held Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Rd, Columbus, Georgia 31907.
