Woodrow Leroy Weaver

A celebration of life for Mr. Weaver will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at 5:00 pm, in Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby 4071 Macon Road Columbus, GA.

Woodrow Leroy Weaver was born on April 4, 1955 in Columbus, GA to William Lloyd Weaver and Joanne Townsend Weaver. He was preceded in death by his brothers Ricky Weaver and Jimmy Weaver and beloved dog Baron Blueridge Weaver. Mr. Weaver served his country with distinction in the United States Navy until his retirement as a Chief Petty Officer. He was later employed as a supervisor with the Marion County Water authority.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Joni Weaver, two daughters, Melanie Anderson and Melissa Barragan both of Colorado Springs, CO, grandchildren Jazzmine, Renee, Julianna, Adrian and Jesenia, siblings, William Weaver, Patsy Elkins (Randy), Bobby Weaver (Margaret), John Weaver (Barbara) and Richard Weaver and former spouse and best friend Susan Weaver.
