She was born in Salem, Ohio June 29, 1943, the daughter of Donald

Winters Sr. and Donetta Witten Winters.

She is survived by daughters, Regina (William) Rupp Allman of Columbus

and Diane (Trever Moore) Miller of Westport; sons, Joseph (Patricia)

Miller Sr., of Columbus, Michael (Christian Pinzon) Rupp of Ft.

Worth, Texas and Timothy Panos, Columbus; a sister, Elsie Burton of California; brothers, Jack

Winters of Washington and Joe (Pat) Winters of Phoenix, Ariz.; and

grandchildren, Sierra Moore, David Gauge Moore, Blade Newton Moore and

Kevin Hunter Moore.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Cheryl and

Shirley Rupp; a son, Dale Rupp; a grandson, Curtis James Moore; and

brothers, Sgt. Dale Fisher and Donald Winters Jr.

She was a homemaker, a member of Corner Stone Baptist Church and

attended Dove Ministries Gospel Church. She loved to spend time with

family, friends and surrounded herself with children.

Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Myers-Reed Chapel on

25th Street with Pastors John Ruland and Mike Newlin officiating.

Calling will be form 9:30 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
