Visitation will be held at Hathaway - Myers Chapel, located at 1022 Pearl Street, Columbus, Indiana, 47201. The visitation is scheduled for January 4, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with additional visitation on January 5, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
The funeral service will take place at the same venue on January 5, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
David Lee Starks will be laid to rest at Garland Brook Cemetery, located at 501 N Gladstone Ave, Columbus, Indiana.
