Born in Brookline MA on September 18th, 1950, to John Ferguson and Thelma McCutchen. Debra was raised in Corydon, IN by her beloved grandparents Carl & Mary Ferguson.
Debra graduated from Corydon High School and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University.
She is survived by her son, Tony Yates (Jessica); daughter Kelly Wheeler (Bryan); grandson Jackson Wheeler; and former spouse Darrell Yates.
A memorial service has been planned at Trinity Untied Methodist Church 333 S Chestnut St Seymour, IN on May 29th 4-6 PM with Pastor Angel Armstong officiating.
