Mr. Penrose was an avid CB and Ham Radio operator. He loved muscle cars, warm weather and all of his CB and Ham Radio friends. Donald also loved his Chihuahuas, Tiny and Peewee.
In addition to his parents, two sisters, Pam East and Brenda Bennett, preceded him in death.
Surviving are his loving sisters, Tina Roy of Seymour and Linda (Steve) Jones of Haines City, FL.
A graveside service to celebrate Donald’s life will be held at 2:30 pm, Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorials in his name are suggested to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
