He is survived by siblings, Roy E. (Kelly) Kelly of Columbus, Patricia E. (Victor) Armstrong of Hartsville, Eudell “Del” (Debbie) Kelly of Columbus and Rebecca “Becky” Kelly of Seymour.
Calling will be from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Friday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street with a graveside service to follow at Garland Brook Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Martin Wright.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice of charities.
