Mr. Moore was a veteran of the US Army. He was a Station Agent on the Monon Railroad for several years. Jack also loved sports and was a long-time left handed golfer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew J. and Helen F. (Daughetee) Moore.
Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Brenda Ann Moore of Columbus; daughter, Sandi Mahl of Columbus; brother, Damon (Sue) Moore of Wantah, IN; and grandchildren, Andria Mahl, Will Mahl and Sarah (Thom) Mathews.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
