Jack E. Moses

Mr. Moses worked 33 years at Reliance Electric, retiring as a maintenance technician. He was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church and a Navy veteran of the Korean War.

Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church with Father Clem Davis officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street and from 9:30 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Born Nov. 7, 1933, in Detroit, Mich., Mr. Moses was the son of Richard and Thelma Emerson Moses. He married Mary Jane Manzenberger Oct. 31, 1960, in Illinois. She preceded him in death March 28, 2010.

Survivors include a son, Tracy R. Moses of Edinburgh; daughters, Julie Graham and Cassie Hill of Columbus; son, Jon Akin of Indianapolis; sister, Jayne Rosenbauer of Cyprus, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; a son, Terrell R. Moses; a daughter, Dayla Jackson; and a granddaughter, Susan Likens.
