Jackie was born June 30, 1954 in Columbus, IN and graduated from Columbus High School in 1972. She formerly worked at Irwin Union Bank, Weiler’s Food Market and Fisher’s Flower Basket. She was a former member of the Columbus Jayshees and a fond fan of the Chicago Cubs.
She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Lawler of Columbus; sons Mike Lawler of Florence, KY and Dan Lawler of Columbus, IN.
Preceding her in death were father Vernon Burns, mother Donna (Hupp) Burns and sister Barbara.
Per her wishes Jackie was an organ donor and desired cremation. Services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials in her name should be directed to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America, 505 Eighth Ave., Suite 908, New York, NY 10018 or the charity of your choice.
