She was the daughter of the late William and Mary Ann Haney, and was preceded in death by George and Gladys Van De Putte, her sister Maureen Haney, grandchildren Peyton Weller and Westin Schulz, and her 2 pets Bear and Butch. She attended IU South Bend and has worked as a Credentialing Coordinator since 1990 in several hospitals in the South Bend and Indianapolis area. Van De Putte; her 3 children Jason (Jennifer) Weller, Melissa Van De Putte (Phillip Brantley II), and Sara (Tony) Schulz; her sister Bridgett (Joe) Suddon; and cherished grandchildren, Tyler, Gage, Ansley and Tyler Wilson, Emlyn, and Swade.
