Kristen Lynn Smith

Kristen Lynn Smith, 67, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2020, at Community Hospital South in Greenwood. She was the daughter of Lynn E. and Patricia L. Smith. Kris was a graduate of North High School and Ball State University. She had worked at International Medical Group, as a customer service representative. She also was employed by Sears Dental Center Greenwood, where she was office manager. She had the position as client services coordinator for Job Options Inc. in Marion, Indiana and was employed by Carey Services as a service coordinator. In 1992 she was a case manager and supervisor for YGS and was also employed by Favorite nurses of Indianapolis. She was a member of Rainbow for Girls and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star. Kris was an animal lover and was active in the Bartholomew County Humane Society. She was generous and giving to anyone that needed help. She is survived by her mother, Patricia L. Smith of Columbus; sister, Kimberly A. (Donald) Gilliland of Columbus; several nephews, great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Lynn E. Smith.
