Norman Dale Fox

Norman Dale Fox, 80, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. A Funeral Service for Norman will be held Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Myers-Reed Chapel with Rev. Dan Cash officiating. Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery. A Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. the day of the service. Memorials in Norman's name may be made to Our Hospice or American Cancer Society. Norman was born in Seymour, Indiana on July 14, 1938 the son of Francis and Dorothy Fox. He grew up in Reddington, Indiana and graduated from Seymour High School. After High School, he began his career at Engleking Patterns. He married Edwina Blumer on April 5th, 1959. They were married for 54 years and she precedes him in death. In his spare time, he enjoyed wood working, fishing, mowing grass, watching car races on TV, and spending time with his family and his cat, Missy. Norman was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and his son, Bryan Fox. He is survived by his two daughters, Barbara Kyle, Karen (Larry) Beckemeyer; his brother, David (Carol) Fox; Five grandsons, Bryce (Sandra) Kyle, Bradley (Courtney) Kyle, Brick Kyle, Mathew Fox, and Joshua Beckemeyer; and two great-grandchildren, Shane and Hailey Kyle. Myers-Reed Chapel is serving the Fox family.
