Rebecca "Becky" Jane Tout Harrison

Rebecca (Becky) Jane Tout Harrison passed from this life peacefully in her sleep Monday October 11, 2021. Becky was born January 15, 1946 in Cumberland, Maryland and adopted by Sally and Hernley Tout of Greenwood, Indiana. Becky graduated from Southport High School in 1964, and from Indiana University School of Nursing in 1969. She is survived by her birth mother, Martha Keith, her husband of 53 years, Patrick Woods (Woody) Harrison, her daughter Heather Ann Harrison Dryden (Jeff Dryden), and her son Heath Aaron Harrison (Alicia Harrison). Becky had four grandchildren: Willem de Waal Dryden, Molly Jane Dryden, Rachel Danae Harrison, and Heath Andrew Harrison. She is also survived by her sister, Judy Snyder, and her two nieces Stacy Snyder, and Shawny Snyder Greenstein. She was preceded in death by her birth father, Bo Cain; adopted parents, Hernley Rush Tout and Sally Siler Tout. Becky was a loving, kind, and faithful wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend to so many. She was a long time Bible Study Fellowship Leader, steadfast Christian, and a lover of animals as evidenced of her ownership of many dogs over the years that she loved with all of her heart. Based on who she was, what she did, and how she lived, she is sure to hear the most precious words any Christian ever wants to hear from their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, “Well done thou good and faithful servant… enter into your rest”. Becky will be missed, but we know she’s whole, she’s home, and she’s reunited with her creator. There will be a Celebration of Life Ceremony held at Myers - Reed Chapel 3729 E. 25th St., Columbus IN 47203 at 2 PM on Friday October 15, 2021.
