Bea was born April 30, 1918 in Lafayette, Tennessee, the daughter of Grover Cleveland and Neva Meador Haley. She married Edward W. Chapman in 1938 he preceded her in death in 1945.
Bea was a member of Parkside Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and always kept busy taking care of her family.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Casi (Chris) Mendenhall of Nicholasville, KY, Chris Chapman of Seymour, Theresa and Wayne Chapman both of South Carolina, Timm Chapman of Florida; great grandchildren, Haley, Bella, Carol Ann, Amie, Stacy and J.P.
She was preceded in death by her, parents; husband; sons, Charles W. Chapman and Thomas E. Chapman; 8 brothers and sisters.
A funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Myers~Reed Chapel on 25th Street with Pastor Rick Hillard officiating. Visitation will be from Noon to service time Thursday.
