Alberta Johnson

Alberta Johnson "Berta or big Berta" She passed at the age of 64 at Doctors West hospital on November 11, 2020. She was born on December 27, 1956 in Fort Wayne Indiana. She leaves a sister, Della Johnson and brother, Robert Johnson. Her mother, Mary F. Johnson raised them in Columbus, Ohio. She has four children, Mary Johnson, Marva Johnson, Lewis Johnson, and Antey Johnson. She adopted her niece, Dajunna Williams as well. She cared for children for a living. She helped raise twenty-nine of her grandchildren and four of her great grandchildren. With her Heart of gold she took care of people that weren't her blood. She loved helping to provide for people who could not afford it. She was very loved by everyone. If you would like to celebrate her life please feel free to come to her visitation on Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 4pm to 7pm at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger at 3030 West Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43204, where a private funeral will be held on Friday, November 20,2020. If you would like to attend the funeral, please contact Mary Johnson at (614) 736-8071 (FAMILY ONLY). Due to COVID we are only allowed a certain number of people to attend. We are having a get together after the service Friday from 3pm to 7pm at Black Monster Party House at 1025 Woodland Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43219 and all are welcomed!
