Alberta L. (Burger) Toth

Alberta L. (Burger) Toth, age 84, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2010. Alberta was a huge CB Radio fan for many years. Her handle was “Lady Bluebird” and she talked with other users as far away as Florida, California, and Canada. More recently, Alberta loved to be on the computer playing internet games such as Slingo where she was known as “Alberta2U”. She also found enjoyment collecting ball cards on several different ball teams. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Goldia (Massey) Burger; husband, Otha Holbrook; husband, Victor Toth; son, Dennis Holbrook; brother, John Burger; and sister, Mabel Hill. Alberta is survived by her daughter, Kay (Terry) Ferguson; grandchildren, Tammi (James) Wright, Terry (Yolande) Ferguson Jr., and Amy Ferguson; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Logan Ferguson, and Ayriel Brewster; step son, Michael (Lois) Toth of Elyria, Ohio; and step daughter, Rhea VanAntwerp of Lorain, Ohio. Alberta will be remembered as the central hub of the family. She enjoyed working on the family tree and had a wonderful memory. She will be greatly missed. No services are scheduled.
