Alice May Mentzer, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2010. She was born in Whitehall on May 13, 1926, and was a lifelong resident of Whitehall. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Lee Mentzer. She is survived by her son, Tom L. Mentzer; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 1-2 p.m. on Monday, March 22, 2010, at SCHOEDINGER LINDEN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 2741 Cleveland Ave. A funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home, Pastor Toby Cambron officiating.
