Amanda E. Briggs

Amanda Ellen Briggs of Grove City died October 12, 2009 at the age of 29. Born June 26, 1980 in Columbus Ohio, the daughter of Randy L. & Cathy (Truman) Briggs. Amanda is survived by her parents and one brother, Steven Michael Briggs, maternal Grandparents, Earl L. & Nancy Truman, many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Also surviving is her faithful K-9 companion, Lady Bug and long time friend and care giver, Connaught O’Conner. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, William and Betty Briggs. Amanda lived life to the fullest. Her smile would light up a room. Her zeal and love of life touched everyone she met. Her memory will live forever in our hearts and she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She will always be daddy’s little “pig face”. A special thanks to Dr. Carl Backes and his staff for their wonderful care of Amanda over the years, to the staff of Arc Industries, her wonderful home health aides for their ongoing care and devotion and special friends Scott & Teresa Hatzer.
