Charlotte E. (Price) Browning, 75, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. She was born on March 6, 1941 in Scioto County, Ohio to the late Edward R. Price, Jr and Glendaleen L. (Moore) Price. She retired from COTA in 2002 after 12 years of service. Charlotte loved to sew and quilt, and she was an avid bowler in her younger days. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Kevin E. Browning; daughter, Kelly Browning; and husband, Pleasant B. Browning. Survived by great grandson, Nathan Wolford; sister, Nadine (Ronald) Merriman of Reynoldsburg; several nieces, nephews, and many family and friends. Visitation will be held 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus, OH 43232, where the memorial service will begin at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5555 Frantz Rd., Dublin, OH 43017.
