Charlotte Rae Browning, age 82, of Commercial Point, Ohio, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2012. She was born September 15, 1930 to the late Robert and Bernice Holshue. Charlotte retired from Citizens Bank after many years of dedicated service. She enjoyed knitting, reading, and gardening and was devoted to her family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Browning, Sr.; and son, Robert D. Browning, Jr. Survivors include her sons, John (Laura) Browning and Hugh Browning; daughter, Beth (Tom) Jacobs; grandchildren, Laura, Carrie, and Mark; and great grandchildren, Katelynn and Dorian.
