Christopher David Steele

Cristopher David Steele, age 60, of Columbus, went to be with the Lord on February 8, 2018. He was born March 23, 1957 in Columbus, Ohio. He worked for Complete General Construction for many years. David enjoyed cooking and entertaining, working with his hands, music, fixing things for friends, and giving people a hard time. He loved his children, family and friends with all his heart. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gladys McCullough Steele; parents, Christopher and Wilma Steele; sisters, Katherine, Martha, and Christine. David leaves to cherish his memory his loving sister, Deborah Bosley; daughter, Jawana D. Steele; sons, Christopher D. Steele, Jr., Brandon D. Steele, and Christian D. Steele; grandchildren, Ari, Sherman, Natasha, Diego, E. J., Jordan, and Kalli; nephews, Michael A. Steele, Shawn L. Steele, and John Weaver; nieces, Bambi J. Flint, TiArri M. Flint, and Monique Steele; many other relative and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Hope and Heart Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 2741 Cleveland Avenue, where visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday.
