David Joseph Opalacz 25, of Columbus, Ohio passed away unexpectedly, February 8, 2020 in Columbus, Ohio. He was born December 17, 1994 in Columbus, Ohio to David Opalacz and Valerie Swain. David graduated from West High School. He loved BMX and was a member of the Twizted Fate Racing Club. He is preceded in death by his mother, Valerie Swain; and his grandfather Richard Opalacz.
David is survived by his father, David (Patti) Opalacz; sister, Amber Opalacz; brother, Evan Opalacz; grandparents, Joseph Swain and Connie Colley; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Family will received friends from 11am-1pm on Wednesday February 19, 2020 at Heart and Hope by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad St. Columbus, Ohio 43204; where a Funeral Service will begin at 1pm. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery in Grove City, Ohio.
