Delma C. Stephens, age 80 passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio. She was born in Sandy Hook, KY to the late, Estill and Opal Wagoner. After marrying, she became a lifelong resident in West Jefferson, Ohio. In addition to her parents, Delma was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Marven Clayton Stephens; daughter, Pamela; and siblings, Emogene Adkins, Elizabeth Wagoner, Margie Ward, Elwood Wagoner, Burlin Wagoner, and Ronnie Wagoner. She is survived by daughters, Connie (Rod) Ressler and Sandy (Steve) Larrick; brother, Dale (Cindy) Wagoner; sisters, Cora Gibson, Mavis (Paul) Preston, Myrtle (Clyde) Lewis, Judy (Mitchell) Skaggs, and many nieces, nephews, and loving friends. Dedicated employee of Medex (currently known as Smith Medical) for 17 years. A devoted wife and loving mother, her family was her greatest joy. Delma enjoyed crocheting, reading and working outside. Family will receive friends at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd. Columbus, OH., 43221 on Wednesday, July 20 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. where a funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, July 21, 2016, with Reverend, Karen Muntzing officiating. Additional calling hours will be at LEWIS AND FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME in Sandy Hook, KY on Friday, July 22, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 23, 2016. Interment to follow at Elliot County Memory Gardens.
