Diane Fijalkowski

It is with heavy hearts and profound love that we share the passing of our beautiful wife and mother, Diane Fijalkowski. Diane was born August 2, 1943, to William and Cora Harris in Bellaire, Ohio, and left this world peacefully on October 15, 2025.

Diane's greatest joy in life was her family. She poured her heart into her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, creating a legacy of love that will live on through each of us. She was sweet, funny, smart, the biggest supporter of everything we did, and a light to every one of us.

Her home was the center of our family, and the place where everyone gathered. She made every occasion feel meaningful, whether it was a casual football game or Christmas Eve, and had a way of making things just right. Her home will always be remembered as the place where we all felt the most connected.

Diane is survived by her devoted husband, Ken, her loving daughters, Kim (Bryan), Sherri (Eddie); grandchildren, Amanda (Max), Lauren (Josh), Adam (Casey), Nick, and Hillary; great-grandchildren Leo, Lane, and Garrett; sister Donna (Rob), nephew Bryan (Tara), and many other close relatives and friends.

Though our hearts ache with her absence, we are comforted by the memories we have of her and the knowledge that her love will forever be with us.

Mom, you were our heart, our home, and our forever example of unselfish goodness and love. We will miss you endlessly, will love you forever, and your light will never fade.

Services will be held privately on Thursday, October 23rd. Flowers are gratefully accepted in her memory at Schoedinger East, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43232. The family deeply appreciates your thoughts, prayers, and support during this time.
