Donald D. Kindler

He was a graduate of North High School in Columbus, Ohio and a graduate of The Ohio State University. He served in the Army, worked for Reynolds Metals Company and the Delta Tau Delta Foundation. He served in various Christian ministries, for the American Veterans and Aladdin Shrine of Columbus, Ohio.

Don is the husband of Carol K. Kindler, father of daughter Beth, and son Douglas as well as a beloved grandfather of Peter Hendzlik and Caleb Hendzlik.

He is survived by his brother Jack Kindler, nieces Karen Solarek, Kathy Torres and Sherri Link, nephews Timothy Huneck, Thomas Huneck, Andrew Huneck and Steve Link.

In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his sister Betty Link and nephew Keith Link.

He lived his life with joy in the Lord. He loved to laugh and make others laugh. He never knew a stranger.

The Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2021, 2:00 pm at Upper Arlington Lutheran Church 2300 Lytham Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43220.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital www.lovetotherescue.org .
