Eileen N. Altiere

Eileen N. Altiere, age 84, of Columbus, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. She was born to the late Homer and Loretta Wood on July 20, 1929 in Coalton, OH. Eileen was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Eileen worked as a bookkeeper for Held Enterprise for over 30 years. In addition to her parents, Eileen was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Robert W. Altiere; grandsons, Antonio Altiere and Nicholas Ward; and infant brother, Enoh Wood. She is survived by her sons, Robert (Peggy) Altiere, Thomas (Heidi) Altiere; daughter, Amelia (Terry) McClary; grandchildren, Melissa (Dave) Lukenson, Elizabeth Altiere, Amelia Altiere, Anthony McClary, Robert McClary, Natalie McClary, Amy McClary, Anne Bowling,` and Donny Bowling; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Savannah, Isabella, Talia, Vincent, and Nicholas; sisters, Kathleen Hughes and Mary (Dave) Grueser; sisters-in-law, Frances (Gale) Shinnaberry and Pauline McLaughlin; nieces, nephews, and extended family. Friends may call from 5pm-8pm Thursday, September 12th as well as 10am-12pm on Friday, September 13th at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL 1051 E. Johnstown RD. (at Beecher RD.)
