Elda L. Cianelli, of Westerville, passed away on August 27, 2022 at the young age of 101 with family by her side. Elda was born in Columbus, Ohio on September 30, 1920 to John and Josephine Centofanti. She was married on October 12, 1940 to Armando (Herman) Cianelli.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, her parents, and her siblings Joe, Enio, Filomena, Jennie, John(Virginia) and Frank “Chic” (Betty) as well as granddaughter Alyssa Pennington.
Elda is survived and will be greatly missed by her children Mary Jo (Al) Nye-Mirsaeedi and John (Cheryl) Cianelli; grandchildren Robert A. (Lynn) Nye, M.D., Alicia M. (Robert) Morris, Bryan D. (Laura) Pennington, Ashley C. (Shea) Schuette; great grandchildren Alayna Cianelli, Noelle and Lucas Pennington, Braxton and Kasen Schuette; and special nephew and niece Frank and Julie Centofanti.
Family will receive visitors from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022 at SCHOEDINGER NORTH, 5554 Karl Road, Columbus. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Friday, Sept. 2, 2022 at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery Chapel, 9571 High Street, Lewis Center.
