Elizabeth Andrews "Drew" "Lizzie" Fuller

Elizabeth Andrews “Drew” “Lizzie” Fuller, 11, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, as the result of a fall at Rising Park in Lancaster. She was born August 17, 2001 in Circleville. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, John E. Fuller, Sr.; and aunt, Kathleen (Fuller) Snyder. She is survived by her father, John E. “Jack” Fuller, Jr. of Lancaster; mother, Kelly Smith (Bob Thomas) Fuller of Lancaster; brother, Will (Caitlin Dennis) DeDakis of Hilliard; her twin, Caroline Kelly Fuller of the home; paternal grandmother, Virginia “Ginny” Fuller of Circleville; maternal grandparents, Donna (Lindsey) Smith of Lancaster and David and Debbie Smith of Circleville; uncles, Michael (Jean) Fuller of Wisconsin, Robert (Karen) Fuller of Columbus, Stephen (Kris Kipp) Smith of Hilliard; Scott (Polly) Smith of Stoutsville; aunt, Penny Smith of Circleville; special canine companion, Beasley; and many other special cousins and friends. Known as “Drew” to her family and “Lizzie” to her friends, she was a self-professed “Tomboy” who embraced many different factions of life. Drew had an adventurous nature and loved the outdoors. She enjoyed drawing, painting, making beaded jewelry, the Beatles and the group One Direction. She loved going to festivals and rode the Typhoon 5 times in a row last week at the Fairfield County Fair. Drew participated in Relay for Life and Walk-a-Thons for different charities. She was a sixth grade student at Thomas Ewing Junior High School. Drew was well-loved and will be dearly missed by her many family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home, 151 E. Main St., Circleville. Private funeral and burial will take place at the convenience of the family. The family wishes to thank Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Team Ewing, ODNR State Parks and the whole community for all the love and prayers shown during this tragedy.
