Elizabeth Roberta Scott

Elizabeth Roberta (Mock) Scott, age 93, passed away Monday, December 18, 2017 at home. She was born on December 31, 1923 in Logan, OH to the late Clifford and Elsie (Johnston) Redd. Elizabeth retired from Main Federal Savings and Loan after 30 years of service and was a member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church for over 25 years. In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husbands, Joseph P. Mock and Richard E. Scott and two infant brothers. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Jeff Fridley; sister, Maxine Bernice Fickel; grandchildren, Shannon Gonzalez, Noah (Jovanna) Pugh, Mackenzie Pugh, and Kyle Fridley; great-grandchildren, Emily, Hanna, and Adyson Gonzalez and Ada Pugh; nephew, Howard Fickel and extended family, Dawn Fickel and Brittany Miller. A special thank you to the staff of Mt. Carmel Hospice for the care and compassion given to Elizabeth and her family. Funeral service will be held 10 am Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. Interment to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice.
