

He graduated in 1950 from East High School in Erie PA, where he was active in track, tennis and wrestling. President of his fraternity at Alliance College, he received his BA in Accounting in 1955.
Elmer was stationed in Germany during his service in the United States Army. He retired from Siemens-Allis after 35 years of employment.
He loved music, traveling, camping and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Elmer's memory is cherished by Joan Sisco Rachocki, his wife of 57 years; son Michael Rachocki (Toni); daughter Michelle Dilenschneider (Frank); and self-adopted daughter Lori Gillfillan; grandchildren Margaret Rachocki, Christopher Rachocki (Jaclyn), Lucas Rachocki, Michael Dilenschneider, Matthew Dilenschneider, and Laurarose Dilenschneider; brothers Eugene Rachocki (Dorothy) and Leslie Rachocki (Elaine); sister-in-law Sharon Lee Sisco and sister Karen Marie Skeel (Kermit) and numerous nieces and nephews .
Family will receive friends Monday, July 29, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St., Worthington (Just south of I-270). Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Michael Catholic Church, 5750 N. High St., Worthington, Fr. Anthony A. Dinovo, Jr., Celebrant.
