Frances Lee Cramer, age 89, passed away on Mother's Day, May10, 2015. She was born July 31, 1925 in Delbarton, WV to the late Arthur Francis and Nancy Alice (Varney) Thompson; also preceded in death by her husband, Richard E. Cramer Sr. Frances is survived by her children, Richard E.(Linda) Cramer, Jr. and Pam (Tracy) Moore; grandchildren, Robert (Sandra) and Richard (Tina) Cramer, Zachary and Alexandra Thompson; great-grandchildren Blake, Levi and Hunter; sister, Betty Wellman; extended family and friends. Family will welcome friends from 11am-12noon on Thursday, May 14, 2015 in the chapel located on the grounds of Sunset Cemetery, 6959 W.
