What a pleasure it was to know Frank.  He volunteered at OAESA when I worked there.  He would do anything we asked of him.  What a wonderful man he was.  I've thought of him many, many times since my retirement.  He talked about his children often and was so proud of them.  My sympathy to his family for a huge loss.

What  a delightful  gentleman.  I worked  with a  client at Sunrise,  every Wednesday we all went to different  restaurants  ( Wednesday  lunch bunch ) . Frank always helped the  residents  on and off the bus , held the door for them .Always a smile  and cheerful greeting.  It is  my blessing  to have known this man . May God's  grace be with the family at this time.

Franklin was my sixth grade teacher 1 1956.  He was also the best teacher I ever had.  He was the most influential person who made me decide at that early age to become a teacher myself.  I eventually taught for 30 years in Columbus schools as a fifth or sixth grade teacher.  My mother , Virginia Mock, worked for him as a school secretary when he was a principle and held him in high regard.  I have thought of him many times over the years and wish I had told him all this. It was my privilege to get to know Frank when he lived at Claremont Retirement Village at the same time that my mother Marsha Trimmer did. I worked in the store on Thursday at Claremont.  Frank would come in the store to visit and chat. We had many wonderful conversations about a wide variety of topics. 

I was so sorry to read of his passing in Sunday's paper. I extend to his family my deepest sympathy.
