Michele Matthews, 59, of Belle Center passed away unexpectedly on Friday March 8, 2019. Born in Columbus to George and Faye (Waterson) Connors. Michele graduated from Westland High School and worked for many years at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Michele had a love of Disney, especially Mickey Mouse, Michigan Wolverines and Cleveland Browns were her favorite sports teams. Michele is preceded in death by her parents and aunt, Opal. Lovingly survived by her husband of 27 years, Mike Matthews and son, Michael Matthews. Family will receive friends on Wednesday March 13th at HEART AND HOPE FUNERAL HOME by SCHOEDINGER 3030 W. Broad St. Columbus, Oh 43204 from 4-6 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 6 p.m. with Pastor Fred Burkey to officiate.
