Ginette C. Blank

Ginette C. Blank, age 87, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2010 at Kobacker House. Ginette was born and raised in Paris, France. After the war efforts she married Marlynn Blank in Paris; in the early 1950s Ginette and Marlynn along with their two oldest daughters moved to the U.S. With Ginette’s new home in the U.S. she was very patriotic and proud of her U.S. citizenship. She loved to play bridge and other card games, along with her needlework and reading mystery novels. Ginette enjoyed traveling through Europe and many cruises she took with her friends and family. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Marlynn; and grandson, Michael Fox. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Fox, Patty (Kevin) Sidonis, Michelle McMahon and Maurie (Greg) Maurer; grandchildren, Gina, Shaun, Jennifer, Cory, Christopher, Michelle, Amy and Michael; great grandchildren, Kasey, Dakotah, James, Olivia, Hunter, Connor and William; and dear friend, Suzie Stone. Private family arrangements are entrusted to Schoedinger Worthington Chapel. Memorial contributions can be made in Ginette’s name to Kobacker House, c/o HomeReach Hospice, 3595 Olentangy River Road
