Howard R. Vanover, age 79, of Dublin, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2012. He was born on September 2, 1932, in Evansville, Indiana, to the late Walter and Iantha Vanover. For the past 16 years, he was employed by the City of Dublin Department of Parks and Recreation as a seasonal worker. He previously owned and operated Vanover Electrical Supply Company for 10 years. He was a member of the Scottish Rite of Evansville, Masonic Lodge 64, and had been a member of Hadi Shine Temple. Howard is survived by his wife of 59 years, Joan E. Vanover; son, Richard A. (Janette) Vanover; granddaughters, Kelli, Rachel, and Erica; brother, Walter “Sig” Vanover; nieces and nephews.
