Jack C. Botley, age 71, passed away at home on Saturday, February 24, 2018. He was born on February 27, 1946 in Wheeling, West Virginia. Jack graduated from South High School and proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era. He retired from Kroger as a butcher after 36 years of service. Jack was an avid knife collector and wood crafter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Helen (Gohlke) Botley and former wife, Paulette Fay Botley. Jack is survived by his children, Brian (Niya) Botley, Sean (Erin) Botley, and Jennifer (Carl Stone) Keaton; grandchildren, Zoe V. Botley, Julian Keaton, and Kyra Botley; sister, Caryl Luckel and niece, Kristin Luckel Lugo. Family will receive friends 2-4 pm Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E.
