

Jack Bart Cohagen, 59, died suddenly Friday, May 3, 2019. He was born October 5, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Ronald and Lavenda (Brumfield) Cohagen. Grove City H.S. Class of 1977. He was a heavy equipment operator for Complete General Construction. His greatest accomplishment in life was that he had achieved and maintained sobriety for over 22 years. He was a motorcycle and NASCAR enthusiast. He loved taking trips to Florida to fish. He cherished the time that he spent with his family, especially his Yorkies, Jasper, Finn, Willow, Cooper, and Bear. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brother, Jim B. Cohagen. Jack is survived by his children, Kristen Johnson and Aaron Cohagen; brother, Joe (Debbie) Cohagen; nephew, Ryan; niece, Chelsea Cohagen; great-nephew, Leo; great- niece, Maylea; and many close friends. Visitation will be held 2-6 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City.
