Jacqueline Kay Hammond, age 57, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, September 24, 2013. She was born October 26, 1955 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Jack and Opal Carter. Jackie was very family oriented and she will be missed by all. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Diane Hunter. Jackie is survived by her loving daughter, Tonya (Brian) Hamilton; granddaughter, Kaylee Hamilton; and life-long companion, Mike Burgio. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Thursday, September 26, 2013 at the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio. Funeral service will be held 1pm Friday with visitation from 12-1pm.
