James M. Castle, 81, of Johnstown, went home to the Lord and his wife and lifelong love, Wilma, on Sunday night January 3, 2021 while holding the hand of his loving daughter and best friend, Jennifer. His service as a Veteran Army Medic is commemorated with a brick in the memorial Wall of Honor at the Johnstown American Legion. Jim was a friend to everyone he met and was loved by all. His kindness, humor and constant smile will be missed. He leaves behind his daughter, Jennifer, son-in-law Matthew Lust, as well as numerous other extended family.
