

James Franklin Gaston, 49, of Worthington, OH passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2011. James was born in Petersburg, VA on May 29, 1961. Preceded in death by parents David Gaston and Monte Schmidt. James is survived by his wife, Kris; sons, Jason, Nicholas and Matthew; brothers, Mark (Suzanne) Gaston and Thomas (Libby) Schmidt; step-sisters, DeeDee Haumptman and Cheri Snider; step-mother, Connie Gaston; step-father, Dennis Schmidt; mother-in-law, Marilyn Kettlewood. James received his bachelor degree from Devry University in Engineering Technology and was employed at Signature Controls. James was active in the Boy Scouts and devoted to his son’s many activities. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2011 from 6-8pm at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085 and Thursday, March 24, 2011 from 1-3pm at Worthington United Methodist Church, 600 High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085, where services will be at 3pm.
