James "Jim" E. May departed this life Sunday June 9, 2019. He was born April 30, 1960 in Columbus Ohio. Jim was married to Elizabeth L. May for 36 years. He worked for the City of Columbus for 12 years as an Equipment Operator. Jim's hobbies included working on cars, riding his motor cycle, collecting antiques and going to car shows. Preceded in death by his father; James E. May Sr. Left to cherish Jim's memories are Wife Elizabeth, Mother Connie L. May, Daughter Stephanie L. May, Son Robert A. May, Grandsons Logan A. May and Timothy E. May. Friends will be received from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Thursday June 13, 2019 at Heart and Hope Funeral Home Hilltop Chapel 3030 W. Broad Street Columbus, Ohio 43204 where a funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Friday June 14, 2019. Interment to follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Norwich Township. Pastor Tim Lee to officiate.
