

James Harold Parsons, 80, of Grove City, passed away August 4, 2010. He was born March 30, 1930 in West Virginia to the late Millard and Nelsie Parsons. Harold is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Anna; children, Vicki (Pete) Wagner, Tim Parsons; grandchildren, Lindsay (Brian) Pinkerman, Allison (Jonathan) Barker, Tim and Krista Parsons, Alex Wagner; great-grandchild, Jackson Pinkerman and 2 great-grandchildren on the way; sister, Naomi (Dan) Lesher and a host of other family and friends. Harold was a charter member of the First Baptist Church of Grove City and was a veteran of the US Army, proudly serving his country during the Korean War. Harold enjoyed cabinetmaking but his main love in life was his family. A special thank you to Monterey Care Center and Odyssey Hospice for their warm, kind and compassionate care. Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM Friday, August 6, 2010 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL 3920 Broadway Grove City. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Saturday at First Baptist Church of Grove City, 3301 Orders Rd. Grove City. Dr. Jerry Neal will be officiating with interment at Concord Cemetery.
