

Janice Marie Cooper, age 77 of New Albany, passed away Monday, May 6, 2013. Janice was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Charles and Kathryn Arneman. Janice graduated from Thiel College, Greenville, Pennsylvania where she studied physical therapy and was a member of the Beta Sigma Omicron Sorority. Janice worked briefly as a licensed physical therapist before advancing to her most cherished career as a loving wife and caring mother. Janice was intelligent, industrious, and well read. She was a longtime active member of Peace Lutheran Church, Gahanna. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 56 years, David Cooper; children, Anne (Jeffrey) Little, David (Cheryl) Cooper, Jr., Frederick (Katherine) Cooper; Timothy (Brent McEwan) Cooper, and Andrew Cooper; 8 grandchildren; sister, Judith (Edward) Barch; brother, Dana (Jill) Arneman; daughter-in-law, Cindy Cooper; and many other extended family and dear friends.
