Janice Ruth Stimmel Huffman died on April 1, 2015 at age 89. A life-long resident of Columbus, Janice worked for the State of Ohio, retiring in 1987. For the past seven years, Janice was a resident of the Eastland Healthcare Center, where she made numerous friends among the staff and fellow residents. An only child, Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Grace (Stimmel) Huffman. She is survived by her cousin, Bernard Doran and her Guardian/attorney for the past 22 years, Michael Juhola. No services will be held. A private burial is planned for a later time.
